WOULD you like to learn a few wild plants that can be easily incorporated in to your diet to reap amazing nutritional and medicinal benefits?
If so, why not join one of a series of short foraging walks through April and May in the G63 area?
For absolute beginners and costing just £5, walks are scheduled for Drymen, Balfron and Strathblane – dates and times are listed on our ‘what’s on‘ page with specific info available from organiser and foraging expert Emma on booking.
During the walk, which is limited to five people and lasts around 45 minutes, you’ll be introduced to a variety of edible plant species including how to incorporate them in to your every day cooking.
And if you can’t make it for any of the scheduled walks, Emma also runs one-to-one foraging courses/walks.
